This website and online store are operated under the Shawo Suede brand by MF GRUP DERİ TEKSTİL TURİZM İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Shawo Suede”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities where reasonably necessary.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and Shawo Suede has confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or incorrect customer information.

If an order cannot be accepted after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our refund procedures and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product, size, color, quantity, billing and delivery information before completing an order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Orders are shipped from İzmir, Türkiye.

Shawo Suede currently provides a 30-day return request period, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
