Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shawo Suede purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and, where applicable, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, please contact us at export@shawosuede.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Custom & Personalized Products

Products made specifically to a customer's requirements, including personalized, customized or made-to-order items, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal or return where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Any restrictions relating to sale items or gift cards apply only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color or style, please contact us. Where an exchange cannot be processed directly, the original item may be returned in accordance with this policy and a new order may be placed separately.

Türkiye – Consumer Right of Withdrawal

For eligible distance sales to consumers in Türkiye, customers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions.

Shawo Suede's 30-day return request period is an additional commercial return period and does not restrict or replace any mandatory consumer rights available under Turkish law.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and any statutory exceptions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at export@shawosuede.com.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
